Corporate Christmas Gifts - We specialize in creating Holiday corporate custom orders. If you are thinking of sending multiple corporate baskets to your customers this Holiday season, please contact us early to discuss availability and customization.

All prices are in CDN funds. We strive to ship orders within two to three business days. If you are ordering early for a holiday gift, be sure to specify when you would like the gift to arrive. We cannot guarantee arrival times but will make every effort to meet all reasonable requests when possible.

We do request, however, that you allow two to four business days for production during the peak holiday seasons of Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Please place large orders early enough to allow for production and shipping to take place within this time frame.

Some substitutions of product may be required due to seasonal availability. All substitutions will be for products of equal or greater value. All chocolate products will be substituted in non-local orders during warm summer months.

We recommend that all orders be sent to a business address when possible so that the carrier may obtain a signature upon delivery of each parcel. In addition, all orders REQUIRE the recipient's telephone number to allow for address verification. All shipments will be made via FedEx Ground service unless the customer purchases the optional FedEx Express or Hand Delivery. Please note that FedEx does not deliver to postal boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

FedEx and our Hand Delivery Courier do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and R.R. #'s. If you require a gift be shipped to this type of location, you must phone us before placing your order and we will obtain a rate quote from Canada Post.

Hand deliveries will NOT be left if the recipient is not home, unless arrangements are made otherwise ahead of time. Any delivery that is requested to be left in this situation will be left at the sender's risk and no compensation will be made by Gourmet Gift Basket Store or its couriers for lost, stolen or damaged packages. We regret that we can not guarantee specific delivery times but will quote approximate times only within a two hour window.

We hand deliver to business and residential locations in the Windsor area between 9am - 8pm. We cannot deliver to an address at a specific time. Delivery routes are designed to maximize transit time and we cannot drive back and forth throughout a city to accommodate specified requests. Please ensure that someone will be available to accept a package otherwise delivery estimates may extend.
