Brick Oven Pizza Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix

Brick Oven Pizza

Ingredients
Brick Oven Pizza Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix
8 oz. cream cheese
refrigerated pizza dough
tomato, sliced
6 oz. feta cheese
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 oz. fresh basil
Directions
Heat oven to 425°F.  Brush oil on bottom and sides of 15×10 inch sheet pan.  Unroll pizza crust dough in pan; press dough to edges of pan. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light golden brown. Meanwhile, combine Cheeseball Mix (Topping packet used later) with cream cheese until well combined. Layer toppings in order listed over partially baked crust.  Sprinkle with Topping packet and return to oven and bake 7 to 11 minutes longer or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.  Serve warm!
Optional:
-Use your favorite pizza toppings to make your pizza special!
-Use a biscuit cutter to make individual mini crusts and top them all differently.  Everyone
  can have their own pizza or serve as them as appetizers!

Zucchini Pizza

Ingredients
1  Brick Oven Pizza Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix
1/4 cup Olive Oil
2  small tomatoes, sliced
1 cup  shredded cheese of your choice
1  fresh basil, chopped
Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees or cook on the grill.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.  Cut each zucchini in half horizontally, then scoop out the seeds,  Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with dry Cheeseball Mix.  Top with sliced tomato, cheese, basil and sprinkle with topping packet.  Bake for 20 -25 minutes until soft.  Serve warm!

Options:
Add other toppings like olives, feta or blue cheese, peppers and ground beef or turkey!
