When you are sending a gift to a location where the daily temperatures are high, it is recommended to protect your gift(s) from the heat with thermal packaging. If you choose to substitute heat sensitive items, we will replace chocolates, cheese items to non heat sensitive items to the same value, unless you choose 1 day express shipping. If you choose the “I take the risk” option, we will not be able to take any responsibility for any heat related damages. Thermal packaging must be selected for all cake gifts with 1 day express shipping option. With cakes we will include icepack to keep them frozen.
